When I joined Naked Swimwear as co-founder in 2021, it was a well-made Brazilian swimwear label selling at a mid-market price. Over five years I owned brand, creative, marketing and international growth, and repositioned it as a true luxury brand: a new visual identity and tone of voice, campaigns conceived and directed end to end, and a performance engine that measured every creative decision against sell-through.
Every campaign in that period went through my hands — copy, casting, photo and video direction, post and rollout across e-commerce, social, email, paid, print and retail. Behind the creative, I built the in-house design and content team, the AI-assisted production workflow and the brand's customer-service chatbot, and opened the U.S. market from a standing start.
NOVA marks ten years of Naked and puts craftsmanship at the center: lurex and crepe embroidered bead by bead, hand-knotted macramé, gold chains tracing scalloped edges, structured corsetry with silk fringe cut and applied by hand. Designed for the hours beyond the water — terraces, resort evenings, villa dinners. Limited edition, individually numbered, never repeated.

The entire campaign, lookbook and editorial, was generated with AI, cutting production costs by 95% and production time by 80%.

Metrópoles Catwalk, 2026 — NOVA. Ten years of Naked on the runway, in Brasília.
The brand's runway debut, on 15 September at Arena Mané Garrincha, during the third edition of Metrópoles Catwalk. The ten-year collection was built on handwork: natural shells, embroidery and seams finished stitch by stitch, all produced in the brand's own Brasília atelier. Covered by Metrópoles.

A night campaign shot on the rocks: black sequins, macramé and lace against stone and sea. The counterpoint to NOVA's sunlit gardens — same brand, a darker register.

A collaboration with OYA, shot at sea: crochet and macramé pieces in open water, on deck and in the spray. Film and campaign stills, directed in-house.

Casa Cor, 2025 — "Time is Luxury." The Naked woman understands that time is luxury: versatile, timeless pieces, more freedom and less excess. Manifesto, show identity, screen content, soundtrack brief and invitation.
The brand's Strategic Brand Book (2024 and 2025 editions) — positioning, product story, press, growth strategy, international expansion, pop-up and flagship plans — and the Sales Training deck that teaches partners how the brand speaks: "She buys less. She buys better." Brand voice, written down and taught.

Opened the U.S. market from zero: own U.S. store, Cabana Miami (January and June 2026), New York showroom and market week, Swimshow Miami 2025, White Milano 2025. Invitations, postcards, line sheets and campaign assets for each market, all in-house.
